You choose. At Murouj Academy the parent picks the teacher from our profiles, meets them in the free trial class, and keeps them only while it is a good fit. You can switch at any time.

Girls are always taught by female teachers. For boys, the choice is yours, and most of our children learn with women. Every teacher is a native Arabic speaker from the Arab world and holds an ijazah, a formal, chain-based authorisation to teach the Quran. It is what separates a certified teacher from a kind relative who knows the Quran and can help with practice.

Each child follows a personalised curriculum, so the order changes with your child's level and goals. A typical path looks like this:

## How online Quran classes for kids work

1. **Book a free trial.** Use the [free trial form](https://muroujacademy.com/register-free-trial/) or WhatsApp. Tell us your child's age, level, your time zone and the teacher you would like.
2. **Choose your child's teacher.** The trial is taught by the teacher you chose, so you and your child meet them before you commit.
3. **Follow a personalised plan.** The teacher checks your child's level in the trial and suggests a plan. You choose a package of 2 to 5 classes a week, with lessons of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Lessons use PDFs, slides and videos, with regular follow-up.

Children often stay with the same teacher for a long time: most Murouj Academy students stay with us for more than a year.

## Inside a kids' lesson

Your child joins from a link on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no account or app to install. On screen, your child sees a Madinah Mushaf page that follows the teacher: when the teacher selects an ayah or a word, it lights up on your child's page. A shared whiteboard is used for letters and sounds, and lesson books open page by page in sync with the teacher.
